Does my credit card get charged on the website?
At present we do not charge your credit card when placing your order online, we simply ask you to imput your data to ensure that your order is legitimate. However we do reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card.

What is your Trinidad & Tobago currency conversation rate on the website?
$6.20 TTD = $1.00 USD

What is unique about Chocolography?
Being launched for the first time in Trinidad and Tobago, Chocolography is the only patented technology in the world which can print high resolution, full color pictures and text directly onto the surface of the chocolate.

How is Chocolography different from other technologies?
Chocolography is the only technology which does color printing directly onto the surface of the chocolate unlike other technologies which either use edible paper or fondant sheets to print on, which are expensive and unappetizing.

What type of ink do you print with?
We use FDA approved food coloring to create the images.The ink is 100% edible and has no taste of its own.

Is there a minimum order for Chocolography products?
There is a minimum quantity on our cheaper products and we can produce as many or as few pieces as you wish. Because our products are inexpensive we will not sell the less than minimum quantity. For large orders it is advisable to contact us, as the production time may differ.

What is a set-up fee?
A set-up fee is charged for the time devoted for the artistic aspect of making sure that the finished product is perfect!

How do I get my photo or logo to you?
You can send your images in any of the following ways: 1) You can upload your image while ordering online. 2) Email a digital image and text message if any to orders@chocolographytt.com along with your order details.

Can I send any image?
Yes you can, but we request that you send us a high resolution image preferably 300dpi in JPEG, Photoshop, Corel or Bitmap formats. The better the photo, the better the reproduction. Keep in mind if it looks jagged, dark or blurry it will print that way.

Can you print a photo with text on top of it?
Yes. Within product size limitations, we can print your image with a text overlay.

How long does it take to complete my Chocolography order?
Minimum quantities or quantities available in stock usually takes 3 - 7 days minimum. Larger orders may take approximately 2-5 weeks minimum in the event that we do not have the specified quantity in stock. We make every effort to accomodate RUSH orders in some cases additional fees may be incurred to accomodate our customer's needs. We encourage customers to order in ample time to allow for proof viewing and editing.

What are Chocolography products great for?
Promotions, Souvenirs, Party Favors, Gift Items, Trade Shows, Showers, Seminars, Outings, Conventions, Fundraising Events, Sporting Events, Holiday Parties, Center Pieces, Invitations, Special Occasions and many more.

What if i don't like the sample proof? How many changes can I make?
Depending on the complexity of the changes there may be an additional set up fee of $25. But if you would like to make minor changes up to 3 changes may be made without additional charges incurred.

How and where should I store my chocolates? What is the shelf life?
You should store your chocolates at temperatures not exceeding 70° F / 21° C. At this temperature the normal shelf life should be at least 12 months.

Do you offer Fundraising Opportunities?
Yes! We will work with your Fundraiser Coordinator to create a plan that works best for your group.

Do you have a delivery service?
At present there is no free delivery service available but on your request we can hire a courier service (all delivery costs to be incurred by customer) to deliver to you. We also have three pickup points in Trinidad located in Port of Spain, Chaguanas and San Fernando. For international orders please contact us before ordering.

Does Chocolography Trinidad need a deposit or a payment in advance?
On our website you can place your order then come in to our store to make your payment but at our-walk in store you need to pay in advance for your order. To see whether there are any special conditions, such as deposit or pre-payments: please check the website’s front page. Please note that the Company reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to production.

Can I use a debit card to complete my order?
You cannot place your order online with a debit card, however at our walk-in store you can purchase with your debit card.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still place an order?
Yes you can but not on our website, orders will need to be placed at our walk-in store or one of our specified locations.

How do we make your order secure?
Please view our Security and Privacy Policies located at the bottom right corner of each page for further information.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund??
Once an order has started production you cannot cancel it or receive a refund because the product has been personalized specially for you and we cannot sell it to another customer after customizing.
